BWI offers CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) cutting services for nearly all metals. Our Plasma arc cutting torch is rated for thicknesses up to 1.5". With plasma we can pattern cut steel, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, brass, and cast iron. Our CNC machine is also set up with oxygen/propane cutting capabilities allowing us to flame cut steel of any thickness. We specialize in industrial part cutting services. Requirements can range from prototyping to mid and large quantity part cutting. Often, we can offer a less expensive alternative to laser or waterjet cutting services.
